Shipping Timelines

Every kilt and kilt jacket we sell is handcrafted to order, so please allow time for manufacturing before your item ships.

  • Kilts — Custom-made and dispatched within 20–30 business days
  • Kilt Jackets — Custom-made and dispatched within 25–35 business days
  • Delivery (US) — Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days
  • Tracking — A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your parcel in real time

We ship exclusively with DHL and FedEx — two of the most trusted courier networks in the world. Your order is in reliable hands from the moment it leaves our facility.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on most orders. No hidden handling fees, no packaging surcharges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Packaging

Your kilt is packed securely at no extra cost. We make sure every order is protected for international transit.

Rush / Urgent Delivery

Need your order sooner? We offer expedited processing and shipping for an additional fee. Please note that rush charges are non-refundable if delays occur due to circumstances outside our control (carrier delays, customs, etc.).

Local Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

Any taxes, duties, or import fees charged by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. This is rarely an issue for US customers but varies by country. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering if you’re outside the US.

Holiday & Weekend Delays

Delivery timelines may be extended during national holidays and weekends. If your order falls around a major holiday period, please factor in a few extra days.

Wrong Address Shipping Errors

We take full responsibility for any errors on our end:

  • If a carrier delivers to the wrong address due to our mistake, we’ll cover all costs to redirect or recover the parcel
  • If a package is lost due to an incorrect address on our side, we’ll manufacture and ship a replacement at no charge to you
  • In the rare case where orders are mixed up between customers, we’ll coordinate the resolution and cover all return shipping costs
